Congrats, Ramandeep, you are now a co-admin. You can put up polls, change the template, make announcements, invite people, and make sure everyone is following the rules. Remember not to add features ("page elements") or delete posts or members.
Ramandeep is very dedicated to the blog, so I'm pleased to welcome him to the admin board.
He will also help come up with new features for the blog, though Ravleen will actually put them up.
