HUNJAN?: Our last names, "Singh" for males and "Kaur" for females, is based on the Sikh religious tradition, which abolished caste names to create equality. However, technically speaking, our family surname is "Hunjan". Thus, we named our blog after what unites us. We are all "Hunjan Cousins".
