I watched 'The Day After Tomorrow' and I liked it! The movie was scary yet interesting. It is very excellent at showing the "fictional" side of what would happen as a result of global warming. The film centers around paleoclimatologist Jack Hall who predicts an Ice Age in the next hundred years as a result of global warming but an Ice Age strikes causing New York and other cities around the world to freeze. Los Angeles gets hit by several cyclones which hit the Hollywood sign and damaged the Capitol Records building and Shanghai getting hit by hail the size of a basketball. The film is rated PG-13 but yet it is awesome. (Ravleen, post your review of The Day After Tomorrow.) I would rate it a 6. (See rubric scale).

I first watched The Day After Tomorrow ages ago, but recently saw it again in Science - during our "Climate Change" unit. Quite an interesting film, though it didn't or haunt me like some films did. So, all in all, based on the RavleenReviewRubric© (RRR), I give it an 8. By the way, I'll post details of the RRR soon.
Good post, Ramandeep.
